Terms & Conditions

Warranty
All products supplied by Harbro Lighting and Electrical will be covered by the normal manufacturers 12 month warranty, and we will require proof of purchase. 

Pricing
All prices are displayed with and without VAT @ 17.5%. Harbro Lighting and Electrical reserve the right to change prices prior to an order being placed.


Order acceptance
Your order is not accepted until your credit/debit card details have been processed and accepted. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order acceptance. Your card will be billed and then your order will be processed when the funds have cleared. You will then be informed of your delivery date.

Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel an order anytime up to 7 days after you receive the product. Cancellations within this period will only be accepted in writing or by e-mail. 
If the cancellation is made for reasons other than the product is faulty then any refund will be less the cost of postage and packaging.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase the product must be returned at your cost,  completely unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be given on receipt of the returning product.
Cancellations of products specially ordered will be subject to a 15% handling charge.

Complaints
Should you feel it necessary to raise a complaint please e-mail us immediately. We will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible to resolve the query. We will also ensure that you are updated regularly.

Refund policy
Please understand that it is our aim to provide a top class service, and respond to any queries as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We employ a strict auditing process before the products are shipped, therefore please make sure you check the contents of the package on receipt from the courier. If you are unable to check the contents please sign for the package UNCHECKED. Do not accept the product if it is damaged.
An exchange or full refund will only be offered within 7 days of receipt if the product has a maufacturers fault or we have sent you the wrong product.
All products must be returned unused and in the original packaging, unless the product has a manufactured fault. If the product has a manufacturers fault a replacement or full refund will be given. If you require a refund the postage will also be refunded provided the manufacturer accepts responsibility for the product fault.
