When looking at Electrical and Lighting Products there are always questions that you have about the product and the website.

- How do I contact you?
There are three ways in which you can contact us; by phone, by email or by coming into our showroom. Queries are always welcome and we aim to answer questions to your satisfaction.
- What are your working hours?

- How do I search for a product?
There are different ways in which you can search for a product, If you know the product code then type that into the search bar. if you only know the category of the product that you are after then you can manually search through the Categories for it, or you can again use the search bar with a Keyword.
However if you cannot find the product you are looking for then Contact us and we will be able to tell you if we sell it of not, as some products are not shown if they are out of stock and we are waiting for a delivery. This means you are not waiting too long for them to be delivered if you decide to buy with us.
- How do I get information about a product?
All the products within this website comes with a description about what it is and what it can do along with the price both including and excluding VAT.
If you wish to see more information simply contact us and we will glady try and give you the information that you need.
- I need technical help with my product
If you need any kind of technical help with any product that we sell, ring us up that is dotted around the site or give us an email and we will help you out. We have a dedicated team of people that have considerable knowledge about the products that we sell.
- Problems seeing the pictures?
If you cannot see the picture of the product you want; try reloading the page that you are on. If that does not work or you want to see a better picture then contact us and we can email a picture of that product to you.
- How do I make an order?
You can make an order through the website, by phone or coming into our store.
Making an order is very straight-forward, simply search for the product you want and select it to go into the trolley, add more products if you wish and then simply go to the checkout. Here your products are shown along with the calculated price and delivery. Once you have paid for your products, notification is sent to you. From there we sort out your order and send it to you.
If you have any questions about your order at any time of the process or delivery then ring us; we are always happy to help.
- Do your prices include VAT?
Yes; All our prices are shown with and without VAT. There are shown within the Product description.
- What happens when my order goes through?
Once your order goes through, we check our stock to see if we have it or need to order it in. we then send the product to you. If there is any kind of problem with the order then we contact you to sort it out.
- Will I receive confirmation about my order?
Yes, you get a confirmation about your order and then you will get one when your order has been sorted. Any questions during this process we are more then happy to answer for you.
- What happens if I want to add something to my order?
If you want to add a product to your order before you have paid for any existing products, then simply go to the product and select it.
However, if you want to add the product after the order has gone through you can ring us but you would have to pay for that product separately because of the Secure Trading Payment that we use with the website. If you ring us we can sort it out.
- Do I need to re-register to order more products?
No, You don't have to register to order any products. You only register to be able to use the wishlist and be sent special offers that we have on at any time.
- What happens if I want to return something?
If you want to return something, tell us what was wrong with the product and we can either refund or replace it for you. Please see our terms and conditions for our return policy.
- What happens if the goods arrive faulty or damaged?
If the goods arrive to you damaged or faulty we take them back and replace them. we also ensure that we package well to help prevent any type of damage during delivery.
- How does your wishlist work?
Using the wishlist could never be simpler, if you have an account with us simply log in and start shopping, if you see somethine you like but don't want to buy straight away. Put it in your wish list, there should be a button for you to do this. You can add as many products as you want and you can come back to it at anytime.
Your wishlist will be saved for a week and if you want to add more products to it you can.
- Why should I make an account with you?
There are many benefits for you if you make an account with us. There is a wishlist, where you can keepalist of products you want to buy and be able to come back to if you don't want to buy straight away.
You are also entitled to special discounts that we do monthly on mnay of our products.
- How do I make an account?
First, Thank you for wanting to make an account with us. To make an account, go to the account tab within the website and follow guidelines there for your account set-up.
- I have forgotten my account details, What should I do?
To Log into the account on the website, use your email address so you don't have to worry about a username. If you have forgotten your password simply click on the link on the bottom of the account page and your password willbe sent to your email address that you have used to login.
