CHRISTMAS ORDERS

LAST ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN 21/12/2011 CUT OFF POINT 2PM ANY ORDERS TAKEN AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL 3/01/2012.

The product you order will be delivered to the address you give. Unfortunately we currently do not deliver outside the UK.

Orders placed before 1.00pm on a working day  will be processed that day and will be delivered the next working day. This is providing we have cleared funds, and the product is in stock.

Orders placed after 1.00pm will be delivered 2 working days later. This is providing we have cleared funds and the product is in stock.

If the product is out of stock your delivery may take as long as 14 days, but generally it will take 3-7 days. We will confirm by e-mail when your expected delivery date will be.

Part orders will incur further carriage charges and will only be depatched with your authorisation. 

Lighting orders over £150 ex vat will be free carriage and we will also supply FOC standard lamps for the fittings.(Non-Downlight Lamps).

Orders over £90 ex vat will be free carriage. 

Orders under £90 ex vat will incur a £6.50 carriage charge.

We accept orders from the highlands and the surrounding British isles. Please enquire about the carriage charge prior to your order. This will be calculated on the weight and location of the order before being processed.
